Ma quando Adriana lascia Mauro dopo aver ricevuto una proposta di lavoro, quest'ultimo, deluso, si lancia in una ennesima sfida contro Stefano, rischiando la vita; e sarà proprio il suo rivale a salvarlo, suggellando la nascita di un'amicizia. Mauro, convinto che Adriana stia per sposare un altro, la rincorre e le dichiara il suo amore. Actors, music and technology are on that European Unterniveau (80's mind you), for laughter are at best the inexpressible scenes in the spare time of the pilots.
